RETURNS
At Under the Nile we take pride in the high quality of all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds or exchanges for the purchase price or store credit within 15 days of receipt.
Please note you are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags. It must also be in the original packaging. All clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Please include a copy of your invoice and indicate which item(s) you are returning. We will notify you once your return is received and inspected and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, India and Hong Kong.
We're unable to offer shipping via USPS due to the unreliability and lengthy timeframe.
Your order shipping rate is live and will depend on the weight and shipping address and can be selected from UPS or Fedex.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers will be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All additional taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country of the shipping address and are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Under the Nile is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

We've teamed up with Route to provide affordable shipping insurance on all your online orders!
