Ordering is easy at Under the Nile. Just select the items you want and proceed to check-out. You can check out as a Guest, or create a secure Under the Nile Customer Account.

Retail Shipping Policy 

• Please note that Next Day orders must be placed by 11AM PST. 
• Please take into account Overnight shipping does not include weekends. 
• Please note that all orders are shipped out of Oregon 
• We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO
• These shipping rates do not apply to large baskets, rugs or king, queen and twin blankets. * Free shipping and expedited shipping is not available for these items.

Your order shipping rate is live and will depend on the weight and shipping address and will be delivered via UPS.  

International Shipping Policy

We're excited to now offer International Shipping to:

Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, India and Hong Kong .

Return Policy

At Under the Nile we take pride in the high quality of all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds or exchanges for the purchase price or store credit within 15 days of receipt.

Please note you are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags. It must also be in the original packaging. All clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for returns. 

Please include a copy of your invoice and indicate which item(s) you are returning. We will notify you once your return is received and inspected and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Gifts

For all gifted items, you’ll receive an online gift voucher for the value of your return. Please note that gift vouchers apply only to Under the Nile products purchased on our website and not from any other secondary sellers.

Tax Policy

Missouri residents will have 4.225% tax added to their orders, plus any other applicable county and municipal taxes.. All other orders at the present time are tax free.

Secure Payment Methods

All Under the Nile orders are performed through authorize.net on a secure server and do not save any credit card information.

Warranty/Damaged Products

All of our products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects in workmanship. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us with reference to the order number and item description so we can better help you.
